Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of WTRL Website Builder operated by Your Legal Name (Nicolas Andrade, www.nmac.com.ar).

1. Service

WTRL Website Builder provides website setup, static website generation, preview hosting, publishing, and related support services.

2. Customer Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for all content, files, text, images, and materials you make available to us through Google Drive, Google Docs, forms, or any other upload or sharing method.

  • You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use and publish that content.
  • You remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content.
  • We do not review every website for legal compliance and we are not responsible for customer-created content.

3. Limited Access to Google Files

When you authorize Google access or share Google Drive folders and Google Docs with us, we will access those materials only for the limited purposes of:

  • authenticating your account,
  • creating and managing website folders and documents,
  • building, previewing, publishing, maintaining, backing up, and supporting your website, and
  • troubleshooting service issues and enforcing these terms.

We do not use those files for resale, data brokerage, or unrelated advertising purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to publish or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or harmful to others, including malware, phishing content, or content that violates intellectual property rights.

5. Hosting, Availability, and Support

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any specific uptime level unless separately agreed in writing.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, disable, or terminate access to the service or to a website if:

  • payment is overdue,
  • content appears unlawful or infringing,
  • the service is being abused or used in a way that creates a security or legal risk, or
  • continued service would expose us, our providers, or other users to harm.

7. Free Accounts and Paid Accounts

Free user accounts may be deleted after 60 days of inactivity. Paid accounts may be retained while the subscription remains active and for a limited period after cancellation as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party providers including Google, hosting providers, infrastructure vendors, payment processors, and email providers. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
