This Privacy Policy explains how WTRL Website Builder, operated by Your Legal Name (Nicolas Andrade, www.nmac.com.ar), collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information and Google user data.
1. Information We Collect
- your Google account email address and, where available, your display name,
- website account records such as folder IDs, site names, and configuration details,
- content you authorize us to access in Google Drive or Google Docs for website creation and publishing,
- technical and operational logs needed to run, secure, and support the service, and
- marketing preferences if you choose to opt in to promotional emails.
2. How We Collect It
We collect information directly from you, through Google OAuth when you sign in or authorize site creation, from Google Drive and Google Docs that you explicitly authorize or share for website operations, and from normal application logs generated while the service is used.
3. How We Use Information
- to authenticate users,
- to create, build, publish, host, maintain, and support websites,
- to create or manage Google Drive folders and Google Docs used for websites,
- to troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service, and
- to send promotional emails only to users who have clearly opted in.
4. Google User Data
We only access Google user data and Google files for the purposes described in this policy. We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, do not sell Google user data, and do not transfer it to data brokers.
5. Sharing
We do not sell customer personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the service, such as hosting, infrastructure, email, backup, payment, and security providers, but only to the extent necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.
6. Marketing Emails
We may send promotional emails only to users who opted in to receive them. Every promotional email will include an unsubscribe mechanism.
7. Retention
- Free user accounts may be deleted after 60 days of inactivity.
- Paid customer accounts may be retained while a subscription remains active and for up to 60 days after cancellation or lapse.
- Backups may be retained for up to 1 additional year for operational recovery purposes.
- After the applicable retention period, data will be deleted or anonymized unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Choices
- You may revoke Google access through your Google account settings.
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us.
- You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.
